Philippe
Our VJ Philippe (FRA) Philippe Gauthier is fascinated by the movement and harmony emanating from the dance floor, which he seeks to amplify. As a Video Jockey, his performance is entirely live, where dancers and music intertwine to bring interactive visuals to life. Mountains, oceans, starry skies, and poetic landscapes surround the dance floor, inviting dancers on a joyful and unique journey. He will enhance this first weekend of Neopostale.

Phil
My sets celebrate inspiring melodies and musical diversity. I feed off the energy between the music and the dancers, creating a unique connection. I can't wait to share these vibes with you! See you soon! Hugs, Phil

Thierry
What excites him is the openness, enrichment, and blending of practices to explore new musical and physical horizons offered by Neo Tango. Beautiful melodies, emotion, and variations in rhythm and intensity are the hallmarks of Thierry's music. He is also the co-organizer of several Neo Tango festivals and has DJed in numerous European countries.

Sara
You probably know Sara; she pioneered neo-Tango by creating the collective Sulle Rives del Tango. She's a woman of many talents, and she'll soon be organizing her 30th event. But this weekend she'll be here to play the music and also help you improve your dancing, as she teaches classes with Sebastian. You'll see their teaching methods are simply extraordinary.

Anna Neum
Anna is our iconic neo-dance DJ at Neopostale. She's a unique artist who truly mixes music. She transforms tracks, assembling, modifying, and enriching them to create an unforgettable atmosphere. I think you've all danced to Anna's music; if not, hurry up and come join us!

Saskia
Saskia is a purely neo-tango DJ. In her sets, she uses all kinds of music, as long as it's danceable. Her sets aim to serve the dancers, facilitating music that can transport and ignite that tango connection. Coming from a background in contact improvisation, she began dancing tango, wanting to learn contact tango, but was bitten by the traditional tango bug. It's a heritage she truly honors. But her love for contemporary music and the playful nature of neo-tango continue to draw her in. That's why her motto is:
"Same soul, different sounds."

Christine
French and based in Brittany, I fell into the great pot of tango 20 years ago, and it was with passion that I gradually discovered its many facets. I started providing music for alternative milongas in western France about fifteen years ago. What I love most is taking dancers on a musical journey through very different worlds. I like to play with contrasts, I like to push the waves of energy to their peak, just as I like to then return to calm, where slowing down and taking it slow allows you to truly savor the experience. The guiding principle is: "Let a wind of creativity, freedom, and good humor blow through!"

Christophe DJ Hendrix
Neo-Tango DJ, designed for today's movement. What truly inspires me is creating an alchemy, a subtle osmosis between the music, the movement, the embrace, and each person's feelings. It's about offering the dance floor a space for new sonic possibilities and evoking emotion where it's least expected, not always. Neo-Tango then becomes a sensory playground: elegant, sensual, and free.

Alain Bebop
Creator and organizer of the Toulouse Milonga, Bebop Tango for 20 years, open to all styles of music

Alain l’Angevin
"Playing at Tangopostale is such a joy for this old (exiled) Toulousain! It's here that I fell in love with neo-tango: suddenly you could dance tango to other kinds of music, in a vast range, from baroque to blues to electro! My playlists are eclectic and heartfelt; I hope they'll sweep you away."

Angie
Having started as a dancer and then a dance leader, my curiosity led me to explore DJing as well. I completed an internship with the excellent Argentinian DJ, Damian Boggio. In my sets, I quickly incorporated alternative tandas that were popular with the dancers, eventually leading me to perform a full set at our monthly Milonga in Nice, and later in Turin. This will be my first experience in Toulouse, and I can't wait to share my world with you and get you dancing to my selections.

Britta de Genève
Britta has been interested in dance her entire life, and since 2000, in Argentine Tango. She taught classes and accompanied practice sessions (praticas) between 2003 and 2011 in the Geneva region. The Neolonga (NEO) has always been important to her. In 2023, Britta began composing Neolongas and occasionally writing for TANGODANZA.

ELLEOJ
DJ Elleoj, raised on ballroom and Latin dance, also enjoys providing music for dance parties. For almost 30 years, Argentine tango has been part of my repertoire. I love all styles of tango and I strive to share them in my milongas. Five years ago, I created the first Neolonga in the Languedoc region. Highly motivated to get you dancing, I tailor my music selection to the crowd.

Jacob = DJ Mircea
International milonga and neolonga host. My goal is to create a wonderful environment for dancers by choosing music that gets everyone on the dance floor, and I strive to offer moments of pure joy. A romantic at heart, I also love energetic, fun, and uplifting music. My sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere is ideal for discerning dancers.

Jitep
Passionate about world music, he first experimented with it among his tango audience in Lyon's milongas. He also draws on the richness of contemporary international music, selecting the pieces best suited for NeoTango dancers, and he takes great pleasure in discovering new melodies.
In addition to constantly enriching his repertoire, he offers dancers the opportunity to explore new emotions, while also incorporating the nostalgic themes inherent to tango!

Laure
Laure participated in NeoGaronne a few years ago, and when she performed, our ears perked up a bit, and our attention was piqued, because her performance was surprising and resonated with us immediately. Those are the good points. The bad point is that she's always late sending us her introductory text, so I'm the one who has to write it. She's the guest DJ for the first weekend, and she'll of course be back at NeoGaronne again this year.

Maryse
Originally from Normandy, where I discovered tango 25 years ago, I've been providing music for traditional and modern milongas since 2017, first in Normandy and then in Toulouse and the surrounding area. For my modern sets, I always look for music that's easy on the ears and has a clear enough tempo for dancing. I alternate between softer pieces and more energetic ones, without forgetting the beautiful waltzes. My goal is the enjoyment and smiles of the dancers.

Mathilde (de Toulouse)
Mathilde will be one of the seven DJ Rookies (new recruits) this year at NeoGaronne. She has a diverse range of talents: she's always danced, music is in her heart, poetry shines in her eyes, and... a touch of whimsy! In short, the perfect combination for a pleasant surprise. We'll be all ears to witness her debut.

Paul : Dj Groovy
A dancer first and foremost, I create my Neo Tango sets directly from what happens
on the dance floor. I read the dancers' energy, their impulses, their silences, and I shape the music in real time, to the rhythm of their movements.
Nothing is predetermined: each evening becomes a living creation, born from the dialogue between body and sound.
My goal is simple: to offer a vibrant, sensitive, and surprising flow, where everyone can
find their own journey. When the room breathes as one, the music comes alive and the
magic happens.

R@ffo
In 2017, Raffaele Pannozzo became a DJ and VJ specializing in neo-tango and traditional tango. He has also built a following as a DJ in over 30 milongas, both traditional and neo-tango. DJ R@ffo

Sylvain
Sylvain d'Angers primarily performs in western France, particularly in Nantes, and co-organizes the Super Premier of the Neo-Tango Festival in the West... His music is eclectic: alongside essential Neo-Tango tracks, he incorporates Electro-Tango, American pop, French songs, feel-good pop, music from here and elsewhere, rock and rap, and classical gems. All styles are welcome, as long as they serve our dances and speak to our souls.

Sylwia : DJ La Estrella Pologne
My sets invite dancers to transform their bodies into instruments of emotion through which music can express itself in space and time. I consider music a language that allows for improvisational dialogue. I love bold and unexpected fusions.

Élodie
It was while wanting to share her musical favorites with her friends in Nantes that Élodie found herself behind the turntables in 2018. Enjoying the experience, she decided to continue in order to contribute to a better understanding of alternative music and its integration into traditional tango events.
Since then, she has been constantly invited to spread the seeds of whimsy and poetry of neo-tango at festivals ranging from mixed to purely neo-tango. An international DJ, she will soon add her 10th Tangopostale to her dance and travel journal as a DJ-dancer.
